Hexagonal nut from VGA port

#1 Post by Colonel O'Neill » Wed Dec 30, 2009 2:19 am

Augh... One of the hexagonal nuts of the VGA port came off with the screw from the VGA cable... And I can't seem to get it off the screw at the moment.

There seems to be a round piece around the threads itself with a large nut and two small rings attached to it...

Has anyone had this problem?

Ugh, I fixed it myself...

Managed to get it off the threads with a needle nose plier and screw the thing back on into the socket on the port.

sigh.
