These are both used (by me) and are AT&T phones, but unlocked. Each has a good battery, handsfree earphone, case, wall charger and car charger. Some minor scratches and scuffs but overall good shape and work excellently. I have used both of these without a Blackberry plan on AT&T, just moved my SIM from a phone to the Blackberry.

8310 has GPS and 2GB memory card. $75 shipped
8820 has GPS, WIFI and 2GB memory card. $85 shipped

I think it's a good price including shipping, insurance and the accessories. I would sell it for $80 without the 2GB SD card.
