Note: This does have the new 'non-flex' keyboard.

2)Used, ~2 months old, but i barely used it, only for about 3 times on the couch , that's also why I'm selling it, i have no need for it..
Still under Warranty until 2010-10-06, i bought it through my jobs IT supplier, they prebuy the laptops to have them on stock for quick shipping, that's why the warranty doesn't coincide with my purchase date, which was early November.
