Advanced mini-dock failures?

At work we've seen a few (<10) of the Advanced Mini-docks fail. I know that two of them had issues with network connectivity.

Has anyone else seen problems with the mini-docks?

Mine has stopped allowing ethernet or USB to pass to my T60p after about a year of relatively light use.
DVI and audio still work.

We have hundreds of them at work, and I have one at home. Haven't seen or heard anyone report failures yet. I think everyone uses them for USB passthrough to their external keyboards/mice and for DVI/VGA passthrough to their monitors. Most people probably use it for Ethernet as well.

I am sure that if I dig a bit or inquire with IT, I will find stories of failing mini-docks, but overall these are probably fairly rare.
