Hitachi HTS541040G9AT00 OEM has error 2010 needs IBM flash

I have been in the forum a few days with no success updating the HT541xxxG9AT00.
I bought this model number matching the drive I pulled out of an R52.

Now I have the 2010 error
I have read the forum for DAYS (threads go off topic alot!)
couple dudes have this problem so I want to address this drive here

I have downloaded and rebuilt the fwhd56 iso and
in the utility that autolaunches,

I use ctrl-break and drop to c:

then i use command

hfui1404.exe oA6CA MB2IA6CA.bdr /f mpbA6CAb.tbl (from the fw.pro file)

and I recieve error in the (execution status) area of the utility.

Unmatch original firmware level
Must be updated ROM firmware

repeting this and changed the "o" to "i" and get same error

help please anyone!
