You can't download them, but you can buy them from Lenovo, online vendors or in this forum's Marketplace.

What machine type and model of T43 do you have? Format is e.g. 1871-AAA or 2668 -AAA. You will find this information on the sticker located on the underside of your machine.

I have format: 2668 - WT4 , please help. I have laptop without any OS and without recovery discs, drivers and utilities from lenovo website are not working.

Sorry, I can't help you with a 2668. My set of disks is for my 1871-FWG and they aren't compatible with your machine. Call the IBM hardware support people and ask for the disks you need. They are based in, or near, Bratislava. They will charge you if your machine is out of warranty.

Alternatively use Linux (e.g. Ubuntu, SUSE) as your operating system and forget about having to pay for anything ever again.
