Wanted, Bare-Bones 600X

I am shopping for a 600X Thinkpad for a friend of mine, but he has a very tight budget. Basically, what I am looking for is a bare bones 600X (450 MHz minimum) with only a CD-Rom, floppy drive (don't even need the floopy caddy) and power supply as extras. No added RAM, operating system or software required. My budget is US$235.00 *including* shipping (to Canada). If you have something that fits this description you can reply direct to me. Yes, I will need a hard drive. The 6.0 GB drive that came with some models is sufficient. I would consider an even smaller HD if this is an issue. I don't need any expansion RAM the 64MB that comes built into the mother board is good enough.
