T30 can only boot when connected to mains (220 volts).

Hi

I have a T30 which is behaving stangely.

Often it can only boot when connected to mains (220 volts) even though the battery is fully charged. I can remove the power line 2 seconds after the T30 has started booting and it will continue booting.

Moreover, if the T30 is shut down and the power line is removed, the result is that it boots eventhough I have not pressed the "on" button.

Often the T30 will boot immediately after having been shut down (shot down chosen - not reboot), unless I press the "on" button for a longer period (just like "forced shut down")

Does anyone have an idea about what is wrong?

first port of call would be to buy some switch cleaner and get the gunk and crap out from the power button

just my 2 cents
