WTB: 512MB RAM stick for Thinkpad A31

I would like to replace a 256MB stick with a 512MB stick in my Thinkpad A31. I'm looking for good, cheap memory. If the seller is in the Phoenix area, I can try to swing by and pick it up personally in the next few days.
