Kingspec partition alignment?

#1 Post by jiopsi » Fri Jan 08, 2010 2:26 pm

I have succesfully installed XP from a CD to Kingspec 32GB SSD, and it's booting correctly. But when I try to use partition alignment with this guide http://www.ocztechnologyforum.com/forum ... hp?t=48309 and install from CD or ghost, it doesn't boot up. Anyone succesfully algned partition with Kingspec and X41?

Again, nevermind. :D

This was critical:
If you want to do a fresh install, remember to NOT repartition the drive during the Windows install process. Just leave the partition as its and select quick NTFS format.
, and don't select leave the system intact.
