X24 dimension
Hi,
I need to get the dimension of X24 and found it at IBM website, but it doesn't seem to be correct.
IBM site says.
•Width: 329 mm (13.0 in)
•Depth: 272.5 mm (10.7 in)
•Height: 44.6 mm to 46.8 mm (1.8 in to 1.9 in)
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 58294.html
It looks too large for 12inch LCD mini notebook(it's larger than my 13inch TP570)).
I'd like to know if this is the correct size or it might be the size w/ a docking station.
Could anyone who has X24 measure the dimension and let me know (without docking station) ?
Thanks

Re: X24 dimension
I'll let others reply, but I'll guess it would be closer to 11 (W) x 9(D) x 1.1(H)

Re: X24 dimension
Here's the measurements of my X24 (2662-MXU):
Width: 280mm / 11"
Depth: 226mm / 8.9" (measured top of system since the front edge of the laptop is angled back) (was 258mm/10.1")
Height: 31mm / 1.2" (as sitting on a desk)
When placed into an X2 UltraBase:
Width: <same>
Depth: 229mm / 9.05" (about 3mm of the UltraBase sticks out from the back edge of the X24) (was 261mm/10.27")
Height: 54mm / 2.12" (again, as sitting on a desk)
edit: Corrected
