I have a Thinkpad X40 for sale. Excellent condition, minimal signs of wear. These X40-series laptops are just tiny, extremely portable while still maintaining a full Thinkpad keyboard.

RAM: 1GB DDR (512MB built-in, 512 removeable)
HDD: 40GB 4200RPM (1.8" drive)

That's an extremely fair price. I got mine for about the same price (little more), but it's somewhat warn. I'd be surprised if this doesn't go!
