X301 Noise at fan

Hi guys

I have a x301 for more than a year (since was launched, i believe...) and in the last month, it started to make some noise coming from the fan. But it not aways, and it dosent continue forever. Sometimes, without any noticeable reason, it makes a buzz. I installed TPfancontrol, and still, couldnt find the rotation that make it, because suddenly start.

What should i do? I have an 3 year warranty from the hardware, right? (actually, i won it at a contest... from lenovo)
What if i open the Thinkpad and try to clean and put some grease at the fan? is that possible without losing the warranty?
Anyone knows somethink about this?

answering myself, i sended to the maintenance my thinkpad. We have a 3 year guarantee for the pieces, i should thought better before asking things here.
