major bug in rescue and recovery vista and win 7

about vista and win7 with the boot manager install

if you do a reize on your os hdd and added a new partion after restart the bootmgr will not
boot anymore from the os harddisk.

an error appears
file \windows\system32\winload.exe
can not be found some like this

dear lenovo is this so difficult to do a menu point in your nice "rescue and recovery" where you can fix this bootmgr on myself
