G40 and shared video ram

as per thinkwiki :
A G40 with a P4 3.0Ghz and a Intel 852GM chip
128mb = 8mb to 32mb
256mb+ = 8mb to 64mb
does that mean if there is 1Gb the shared video ram tops out at 64mb?
