X60 Will Note Hibernate From Sleep Mode

Anyways I believe I have always this problem with this laptop from being able to hibernate from sleep mode. Currently I have windows 7 installed and actually test ran some settings where it did go to hibernate mode from sleep mode when I put a very short time interval. So my question is what is preventing my system from going from sleep mode to hibernate mode? I am using power manager 3.05. Please help since sleep mode constantly drains my battery. Anyone had any problems like this?

I noticed that whenever I do have my ac adapter plugged into my computer it does go to hibernate mode from sleep mode. I checked power settings both on lenovo power manager and windows settings and both match up the same other than shorter times. So anyone else know why my laptop is not going into hibernate mode from sleep mode?
