Im sure IBM dosen't, but does Targus? Kensington?

Sure, but if you squish it slimmer, it spreads out!

For overall size in cu. in. the IBM brick is pretty small.

Probably the best portable AC/DC adapter is the 120-watt, 11 oz. Targus Universal PAPWR300U for about $40 on eBay. Make sure it comes with power tip adapter #115 for Thinkpads. The WR300 is "squished flat" with 5.6” x 3.1” x 0.66” dimensions.
