need t500 repair

hi guys anyone reputable here that can swap out 2 of my 3 usb ports the black tab on the inside broke, a bad usb cable to blame. at any rate I am hoping to salvage the mobo instead of buyin a new one. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
