Is there any easy way to checkout a T60 15" LCD
Can I hook it up to a T43 and see if it works?

The T4x 14.1" XGA screen (92P6726, LG Philips LP141X14) will fit/work in a T60.
I don't know if this also applies to 15"
Best way is to connect it to another T60 or R60

With the correct cable, you will be able to test on a T43.
For instance, if the panel is XGA, you need a T43 XGA cable, if it's an SXGA+, you'll need the SXGA+ cable, etc.
Also, for resolutions other than XGA, you'll need a T43 with ATI video, since only a few rare T43 Intel video boards support resolutions higher than XGA.
You can test with either a 14" or 15" chassis T43, but you still need the correct resolution cable. (FYI, the connector on the back of the LCD panel is the same across all cables and T4x/R5x/T6x/R6x and others. The connector on the motherboard side is not the same across models.)
