I've got a friend looking for a computer for their teenager so no need for anything new and super powerful. It just needs to be rugged and functional. I would consider anything like T4x, but prefer R5x. It can be bare, but obviously I'd be willing to pay less if I need for find the parts myself.

Ideally, the machine would be an Intel Vid-chipped R52 (14.1" or 15" XGA), 1Gb RAM, B/G WiFi, DVD/CDRW Combo optical drive, 40Gb+/5400rpm HDD in decent cosmetic condition with A/C adapter.

I can provide or are equipped to repair the following if necessary: PM Processor, RAM, HDD, Optical drive, WiFi card, KB or LCD bezels, Keyboard, A/C adapter.
