x31 won't hold resulution on my 28" TFT

hello from new member !

vor about 3 years I bought my x31 and installed the new windows XP with the drivers from IBM homepage, everything was working fine, 1600 x 1200 resolution with no problems.

a month ago I put the same windows xp system (reinstall) with the new grafik driver from IBM homepage... and now x31 refuses to work with this resolution, picture "flinks" a little, but the main problem is that the Monitor goes off after 2-3 hours work. If I watch a HD-Movie it happens after an hour or so.

Does anyone have the old driver, pre 2006 ? I tried a bunch of drivers, omega driver, ati catalyst old versions.. no progress . searched hole internet with no success ..

EDIT: Problem solved . It was the Monitor, not my x31
