Thinkpad 310ED and CMOS battery replacement

We have gotten messages on the Thinkpad 310 ED that it needs a new CMOS battery. We ordered that battery taking care to get the right one, and now we have to install it. Where is a link (or whatever) that will tell us how to open the Thinkpad and install the new battery. (We have a grounding bracelet ready for use, and have done particular operation in a desktop, but never in a laptop.)
