WTB: R32 mobo, FRU 62P9901

I have an R32 that apparently has suffered a failure in the charging circuit or battery circuit. It will run off AC just fine, but not off of a battery. I'm not sure it even tries to charge.

Therefore, I'd like to find a mobo to replace it. Mine has 62P9901 in it; I'd prefer same.

I am traveling a lot these days on business, but I will respond as quickly as I possibly can. I've got one of these bookmarked on eBay right now, but I'd prefer to give someone in the thinkpads.com community a try first.
