T60 fan in a T41

Hi all. I've got a BIOS bricked T60 that I'm likely going to just end up parting out (I've tried everything I can find for emergency BIOS recovery with no success).

As luck would have it, my T41's fan has just started making death rattle noises. I got the idea that I might use the fan from the T60 in the T41 but was wondering if anyone knew if this might work or not (with or without modification) before I got in there and started ripping things up.

It won't work. The fans are not even close in size/design.
