Thank you for advises, I will try to find the problem, for me is too much another laptop...

And, I cannot accept that a problem like this can stop me.

All I need is to separate the VCC3M from chip to chip.

Hey, Jimmy!

Have you alreday solved your problem with not working backlight? I have the same symptoms on T43, so I am searching for some advice how to get over it.

In my case CCFL and inverter are working, F3,F8 fuses are giving 3,3V, F7 around 16V, but on the LCD connector, there is no pin with that voltage. :?

Hello, first post in years here so please be kind :)

I'm debugging a T43p backlight problem and am measuring about 4.7V on F7 when powered (my good T43 measures ~16V as expected). What can I infer as the possible cause? Have the dim LCD, LEDs operational, and a known good inverter. I suppose there's some switch upstream of F7 and/or more fuses. Any help would be appreciated, including schematics.
