T400s sporadicly problems resuming from standby/hibernate

Hello,

I've got a problem with my t400s (Win7 64) - sometimes it only resumes up to the loginscreen but doesn't show the login options after resuming from standby or hibernate. I can hibernate and resume again, but there still won't be a passwordfield, only the login background image. Entering a password or swiping my finger over the fingerprintscanner doesn't help neither. Hardreset helps... Any ideas?
