Lost Rescue and Recovery Password

Hi,

when i hit the "access IBM" button on startup i get asked for a password.

i never set one - i might have clicked the "set same as windows password" button at some point in time.

but my windows password won't let me access it either.

is there a way to recover/reset that password??

any help appreciated.

Try the following actions:
Ensure the caps lock and num lock are disabled
Try entering the password with the Onscreen Keyboard
If the password is lost or forgotten IBM cannot reset your password, therefore you will need to uninstall and reinstall the IBM Rescue and Recovery with Rapid Restore software.
