Is CPUfrom T20 compatible with 600x?

Hello everybody!

A friend of mine is about to replace CPU of his T20 - PIII 700 MHz. I have TP 600x with PIII 450 MHz. Can I replace my CPU with theone from my friend? Are they compatible?
