Correcting Typo in X41 Tablet HMM

Not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but a little while back, I found a typo in the X41 Tablet HMM. I reported it to Lenovo via their site feedback form. I recieved this response via email today:

Dear XXXXXX XXXX,
Thank you for your feedback.

If you found out that the information is incorrect in HMM, please contact your team leader for assistance creating a CMVC case to escalate this issue to Worlwide Level 2 and Product Engineering.

Huh? Can anyone translate this for me? Maybe they think I work at IBM/Lenovo? Anyone here know how to do this, or whom to contact?
