Possible to replace only fan or entire assembly

Is it possible to replace only fan, or does one need to order entire fan assembly for T4x series. I have a long fan assembly with grinding fan, could I just get a new fan somewhere?

It is possible to separate the fan from the heatsink by grinding the tabs holding the fan housing to the heatsink body.

After you've cleaned and lubricated the fan shaft, glue the two halves back together again , but it may be easier to replace the fan.

There are a number of different long fans, so could you either give us the FRU number which is on the heatsink, or to quote from another post by BealBlackStuff:
