Do you see any error codes? Any message? Does the screen stay on the boot splash or go black? Do you see a flashing cursor in the top-left corner? It could be a few things...

i only see the THinkpad logo, no flash buttons, no errors, no black screen and nothing happens.....

first (2-3month ago) the screen often was black on startup... but after turning off and on some times my notebook started usually. but now, i only see the logo and nothing happens......

p.s.: i dont thin its important, but the hard-drive is loose

it could be important - if there is a problem with one of the boot devices the thinkpad can remain at the thinkpad logo for quite a long time before giving an error - try leaving it for a while turned on and see what happens - see if when you press F1 the message about the BIOS changes, if it does i would guess it is the hdd problem, if not then i would suspect system board.
