Not an Authority on T30's but Im thinking 2.4 is the max. Even at the 2.4 its going to take a Fargo winter to keep it cool.
2.0 with 1.25 gigs of RAM is the sweet spot.

SL6WZ Will work, same FSB speed, its the fastest for the T30. I've tried it in my machine before.
