1GB DDR2 PC5300 200pin

I recently upgraded my memory and have 1GB extra. It appears to be made by "bit4ram" with the model # "BEN 12864C2B72PE-30R". This came from my T60p and worked flawlessly before being pulled. If it doesn't work for you, will refund your money no questions asked. $20 shipped.
