No lemon policy?

does IBM have a no lemon policy on Thinkpads? I have an x40 and the UltraConnect antenna (on the front of the lid) is lifting AGAIN. this is the 2nd time I'll call them and ask them to replace the lid.

Well I don't think the have a specific policy on this.
And I don't think that would qualify.
