Resizing Partitions?

Resizing Partitions?

So I just got this little baby from Frys and I'm trying to figure out the best way to repartition it.
Currently it has:
System_DRV - Win7OS - Recovery Partition

I want to shrink the Win7OS and create a new partition with the free space to keep all my stuff like I usually have.

Will this affect the system recovery functions at all?
