The lower case "x" is used in names of every "ThinkPad Hardware" subforums. If we were to drop this pattern, it would have to be done in every one of them.

Lenovo is already making life difficult with names like X200 and X200s.
How do you differentiate between X200s (1) and X200s (2)?
Where (1) could mean: one machine of type X200s, or all machines of the type X200
where (2) could mean: one machine of type X200s, or all machines of the type X200
They're different animals!
Before they showed up with the s suffix, we had no problems when talking about more than one machine of the same type...(e.g. T23s, T40s, R51s, T60s etc.)
