LCD screen with keyboard mark

My T42 I bought used has a mark on the LCD screen by previous user pressing on the top of the TP too hard. I used the isopropyl alcohol to get most of smudges out but still left with about 5 marks created by keyboard (no obvious indendation on the LCD as far as I can tell).

Anyone have ideas?, used the microfibre cloth without success.

You won't be able to get those out. Normally just a scuff on the LCD won't effect display quality unless there are pressure marks. Put up an all white background, you'll see them if they exist.
