I have up for sale a Samsung 256GB SSD with FDE (Full Disk Encryption). This is the 1.8" variant of the drive, for use with X300, X301, T400s, or T410s. This is Lenovo OEM part, with PN#45N7959. This is the drive with rated read speed of 220MB/sec, and write speed of 200MB/sec. Samsung SSD's are famous for their quiet and cool operation, as well as low power consumption. The box is opened to confirm that the drive is fully functional, and to take some pictures. However, I guarantee that it is new.
