Replace wireless card in a T42

Hi,
I'm new to the Thinkpad community. I've acquired a used T42 which seems in good shape but the wireless card won't hold a connection. The supplier has sent me a replacement wireless card which I want to have a go at replacing. Any tips and advice would be appreciated. Also any links to online videos showing how to do the job would be great.
