t43 bluetooth not working

Recently brought t43, it has bluetooth icon shown in the tray. but wireless icon is glowing and working and blue tooth icon is not glowing. Also , I went and saw the device manager in the network adopters
it shows two items

1.Broadband net extreme gigabit ethernet
2.inter r prowireless 2915ABG NETWORK CONNECTION

I have installed the bluetooth driver in IBM T43 Laptop. The device manager is listing the bluetooth and says device is working properly. But when I try to configure the bluetooth, it says no bluetooth device is connected. Connect it and make sure it is turned on.. Pressed Fn+F5 then push "Turn On. No bluetooth device is turned on .
My model is 2668-72U

Take the palmrest off, then remove the wifi-card.
Underneath where the card was, you will find a big Intel chip.
Press on that, trying it in various places, and see if BT now comes on.
If it does, you have the infamous loose Southbridge problem.

I did your procedure still bluetooth light is not glowing and bluetooth radio is not on.

Try installing the BlueSoleil BT drivers.
If still no luck, your motherboard is with 99% certainty faulty!
