Top of the line 42p

Intel 760 2.1 centrino chip
1 gig ram
15" screen
dvd-r/rw/ram

upgraded the ram allready, maxxed her out.

pretty sweet. I thought i did good at (around) 2800 US.

It has a japanese keyboard, but im going to replace that later.

Got a docking station 2 as well. Now to see if i can do dual monitor setup with seperate individual 19" LCD's

so far so good!

quick question, FUNCTION + F5 (turn off wirelesS) its only turning off bluetooth, and not the 802.11abg card. Id like that functionality to disable both. Any ideas?

set the IBM PM Service to Automatic, reboot, and all should be well.....

got my t42 today, format and install everything again

i uninstalled the Access Connection. Now everytime i do Fn+f5, i have the window error window....

I can't even install intel proset to control the wifi...grrrr

Is there a hardkey to turn off and on wireless? I barely use bluetooth.

go to START>RUN and type in services.msc and press "ok". Find the IBM PM Service. Right Click on it, go to properties, and set its Startup Type to Automatic. Reboot, and see if your F5 key works properly.
