Replacing OS with COA but no HD or disks???

Looking into purchasing a used tablet on ebay, several offer machines with no hard drive or have a hard drive but no OS. If they have the COA, is there a way to snag the appropriate tablet OS? Thanks.

You will need to get a set of recovery disk either from Lenovo or in the Market Place.
