SL410 slowwww

I have a T42 that has seen better days so I bought myself a SL410 at Best Buy.

It is really slow and hangs up all the time. It hangs up on line and hangs up just going into start menu from item to item. Any ideas on things to check to help this?

Hello -

I purchased an SL410 myself, but noticed how quick it was compared to the previous R series and my other Thinkpad, an x40.

Are you experiencing a slow boot time or just slow overall?

Mine is doing the same thing - SL410

Everything is slow and windows constantly says "not responding"
