I am running both TPFanControl and CoreTemp on my T60, but there's a problem. When I start the laptop, both programs display the same temps and continue to function properly. However, if the T60 goes into sleep mode and is then re-awakened, about 1/3 of the time the two programs will continually display temps approximately 10 degrees off from each other. The only solution to the problem is to re-boot the machine (just closing and re-starting the two programs does not fix the problem). Today, the bug was even worse... TPFanControl kept displaying a fixed temperature of 52 degrees, while the laptop skyrocketed to 82 degrees (as displayed by CoreTemp). I only knew something was wrong because I could feel the high heat on my hand.
I believe that the bug is in TPFanControl, because both CoreTemp and RealTemp display the same values.
