Ultrabay hard drive 2102 erro

When my computer boots up i get a 2102 error... anybody know how to fix it?

In the short version:
1) Is this an official Lenovo adapter or a cheap knock-off? The knock-off have problems with several hard disk brands.
2) If you use a Seagate hard disk, replacing it with a 320GB WD Scorpio Blue WD3200BEVT will most likely solve it.
