X201 Flickering

As a prospective buyer I'm wondering if any X201 owners have experienced this? Read on one of the "industry sponsored boards," some discussion but seems like some threads were removed so checking with folks here on an independent board if they have seen this or its isolated? Some say its a power setting issue and maybe driver related while one guy sent his back convinced it was related to display. I don't buy until the kinks have been worked out. Thanks.
