T410 w/ Access Connections - LAN won't reconnect after sleep

I have a T410 I've had for a month. Having issues with the LAN connection not reconnecting in Access Connections after the machine goes to sleep or hibernate. WLAN will reconnect fine.

I'm using Access Connections because I also have a WWAN card (Verizon) and AC does a better job of handling that than native Win7.

Anyone have a solution to allow the LAN to recover from sleep?

Update in case it helps anyone else:

I removed Access Connections, and am now using the base Win7 tools. I still have issues with the LAN not reconnecting properly after hibernate/sleep, so I think part of my problem is in the ethernet driver or config settings.
