OEMDSPIF.dll cannot be loaded - Presentation Direcotr error

I really need some help. I have called IBM and looked in forums. To date I have:

1. uninstalled all versions and downloaded and reinstalled the latest download (and rebooted)
2. done a registry repair
3. scanned and cleaned up my hard drive

I am using XP. All patches are up to date.

I have the W500

I don't really see any suggestions out there other than this. I have rebooted my PC while it was hooked into my TV to make sure it is started properly and a variety of other ways of starting it.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated!
