I have a pair of Kingston Technology KTM-TP9828/1G 1GB Memory for IBM ThinkPad 333MHZ SODIMM
These have the IBM part number of FRU 33R4967

They are a matched pair, yet one has a Kingston factory chip cooler on the stick with the label on top.

Looks like these are costly even on Newegg, retail around $60 each

Actually on Newegg 1GB DDR333 SoDimms are $39 each and a pair with tax+shipping comes out to $85. Unless you can go lower I'll probably pass thanks.
