2373 m3u color bleeding

#1 Post by baraider » Tue Mar 01, 2005 11:56 pm

hi guys..
just got my t42 this monday...excited and all :D

After format everything, install driver, software ,testing for any sign of trouble, i begin to enjoy my t42 when i notice there is a some odd thing happen

i don't know how to decribe it but if i look at the border of my browser, firefox or IE, on the top right corner, there are something like a wet color, ...only on that side of the brower, and when i move my browser around, the color move with the browser....i think it's something with the browser not the t42..

I changed from system performance from best appearance to best performace or vice versa...the samething happen...

i have the screen shot in case anyone want to know.

thanks

I had that with IBM default installation.

You need to change the color quality(depth) to 32 instead of 16.

Is the max color resolution not 24bit?
Is it possible to run 32bit colors on the thinkpad?

24-bit color = RGB
32-bit color = RGB + Alpha, which is the layer #
